Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of afterhours.fan(the "Site"), operated by Afterhours("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or to engage any of our services. We verify age before signing any creator. If we learn that we have collected information from anyone under 18, we will delete it.

2. What this Site is — and isn't

This Site describes services we offer to OnlyFans creators (marketing, fan-management, creative direction, and related work). It is informational and lets you book a free introductory call.

Booking a call is not a contract. We do not begin work until both parties sign a separate written services agreement, which contains the actual terms of any engagement (scope, fees, splits, term, termination, IP, confidentiality, etc.). The services agreement controls if anything in it conflicts with these Terms.

3. No earnings guarantee

Income figures, screenshots, and case studies shown on this Site reflect outcomes for specific creators we have worked with under specific circumstances. They are not promises, projections, or guarantees that you (or any other creator) will earn the same, more, or any income at all.

Earnings depend on many factors outside our control: your effort, your niche, content cadence, market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and luck. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. We'll be honest about that on the call.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. If you need advice of that kind, talk to a licensed professional.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (copy, design, code, images, logos, case-study materials) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you sign a services agreement with us, that agreement governs ownership of any work product, content, or branding produced for your account.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to or embeds third-party tools we use to run our business (Calendly for scheduling, Plausible for analytics, Vercel for hosting, Google Workspace for email). We don't control those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful — including scraping, attempting to compromise security, sending spam, impersonating someone, or submitting false information through forms.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Afterhoursnor its officers, employees, or contractors will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits or lost data, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
