Privacy Policy
Effective: April 30, 2026
This page describes how Afterhours("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit afterhours.fan or interact with us through the channels described below. We try to keep this short and plain-English.
1. What we collect
We only collect information you give us. There are three ways that happens on this site:
- When you book a call. Our scheduling tool, Calendly, collects your name, email address, time zone, and any details you choose to share in the booking form. Calendly processes this data on our behalf — see calendly.com/privacy.
- When you text us. If you text the number listed on this site, we receive your phone number and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply to you.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and measure which pages perform. Plausible uses no cookies and collects no personal data — just anonymized aggregate statistics. See plausible.io/data-policy.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics) on this site as of the effective date above. If we add any in the future, we will update this page.
2. How we use what we collect
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and discuss working together.
- To improve the site (which sections people read, where they drop off — all in aggregate).
- To meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect our rights if necessary.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
3. Who we share it with
Only the third parties needed to run this site and respond to you:
- Calendly — scheduling.
- Plausible Analytics — aggregate analytics.
- Vercel — site hosting.
- Google Workspace — email replies sent from contact@afterhours.fan.
Each of these vendors has their own privacy policy and processes data under their own terms.
4. Cookies
This site uses no first-party tracking cookies. The Calendly booking widget may set functional cookies on the calendly.com domain when you interact with it; those are controlled by Calendly, not by us.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (notably, California, Virginia, Colorado, the EU/UK, and Canada), you may have rights to:
- Know what personal information we have about you.
- Request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of any future sale or sharing of your data (we don't do either).
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@afterhours.fan with the subject line "Privacy request." We'll respond within 30 days.
6. How long we keep things
Booking and email correspondence: kept for as long as we're actively in contact, or up to 24 months after our last interaction, whichever is shorter. After that we delete it on request or as part of routine cleanup.
7. Age
This site and our services are for people 18 years of age or older. If we learn that we have collected information from anyone under 18, we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS site-wide and access controls on our internal tools. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page; significant changes will be flagged at the top.
10. Contact
Questions, requests, complaints: contact@afterhours.fan.
